Mashal Khan, a journalism student at Abdul Wali Khan University, was lynched to death by a mob on the allegations of committing blasphemy a charge later found to be fabricated to frame the victim and his friends. The person addressing the enraged crowd is PTI counselor Arif, who is under arrest for being involved in Mashal’s brutal murder.
